TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS SCHEDULED NEXT WEEK ON SEVERAL STATE HIGHWAYS FOR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS IN THE
King of Prussia, PA – Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on several state highways in the Philadelphia region for base repair and tree removal operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:
• Monday, April 17, through Wednesday, April 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled on U.S. 202 between Route 413 (Durham Road) and Cranberry Road in Buckingham Township, Bucks County, for tree removal operations. Traffic will be controlled by flagging; • Monday, April 17, through Friday, April 21, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled on Brookhaven Road between U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) and Bridgewater Road in Nether Providence Township, Delaware County, for tree removal operations. Traffic will be controlled by flagging; • Monday, April 17, through Friday, April 21, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled on Route 340 (West Kings Highway) between Route 82 (Manor Road) and Route 10 (Octorara Trail) in West Caln and West Brandywine townships, Chester County, for base repair work. Traffic will be controlled by flagging; and • Thursday, April 20, and Friday, April 21, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled on West End Boulevard at Green Top Road in West Rockhill Township, Bucks County, for tree removal operations. Traffic will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work zones.
