PECO ENERGY TO RESTRICT MANOA ROAD AND U.S. 202 WEEKNIGHTS FOR UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN DELAWARE COUN

King of Prussia – PECO Energy is scheduled to restrict traffic weeknights on Manoa Road and U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) in Delaware County for utility improvements, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.

The work schedule is: • Monday, May 1, through Friday, May 12, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Manoa Road will be narrowed to a single lane of traffic weeknights between Darby Road and Woodland Drive in Haverford Township; and

• Monday, May 1, through Friday, June 2, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) will be narrowed to a single lane of traffic weeknights between Christy Drive and U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) in Concord Township. During these weeknight operations, all traffic will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
