PENNDOT TO REPAIR POTHOLES NEXT WEEK ON MORE THAN 60 STATE HIGHWAYS IN THE PHILADELPHIA REGION
King of Prussia, PA – PennDOT maintenance and contractor crews will be working on more than 70 state highways next week to repair deteriorated pavement across the five-county Philadelphia region. Montgomery County • U.S. 422 in Lower Providence and Upper Providence townships; • U.S. 202 ramps in Upper Merion Township; • U.S. 202 (Dekalb Pike) in Upper Merion Township; • Route 29 (Second Avenue) in Collegeville Borough; • Route 309 in Montgomery Township; • Route 63 in Upper Dublin Township; • Route 73 in Springfield Township; • Route 463 (Horsham Road) in Horsham Township; • Bethlehem Pike in Springfield Township; • Mill Road in Hatboro Borough; • Philmont Ave in Lower Moreland Township; • Plymouth Road in Whitpain Township; • Susquehanna Road in Abington Township; and • Radnor Road in Upper Merion Township. Philadelphia • Interstate 95; • Interstate 76; • Interstate 676; and • U.S. 1. Crews will restrict travel lanes on these state highways to patch areas of deteriorating pavement. Motorists are advised to be alert of this moving operation and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews. All activities are weather dependent.
