Pennsylvania American Water to Restrict U.S. 202 South (Dekalb Street) Weekdays for Hydrant Installa

King of Prussia, PA – Pennsylvania American Water is planning a lane closure with flagging on U.S. 202 South (Dekalb Street) between 5th Street and 6th Street in Bridgeport Borough, Montgomery County beginning Wednesday, March 4, for fire hydrant installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation today announced. Weather permitting, the lane closure will be in place Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through Friday, March 20.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area because backups and slowdowns may occur.

Pennsylvania American Water will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
